How do I start hiring from Flepto?
Hiring from Flepto is easy and quick. Just follow these steps :
- Post a Job (takes less than 5 minutes) and Register via Email
- Choose your hiring plan and pay
- Get verified (our team will get in touch)
Candidates will start contacting you immediately after successful verification.
How does Flepto ensure that only Candidates matching the job criteria contact me?
Our matching algorithm filters through our candidate database to display the job post only to the Candidates matching your job requirement, making the whole process quick, easy, and convenient.
When will I start receiving Candidate responses?
A job posting shall start receiving responses once it’s been approved by our Verification Team. We have seen some job postings getting approved in as fast as 30 minutes.
What types of payment do you accept?
You can pay via multiple payment options to buy our plans such as Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet.
Do I get a refund on the plan purchased?
Flepto offers refunds if we are unable to fulfill your hiring needs as noted in our refund policy. We strictly serve only genuine businesses and do not entertain any job posts made by placement agencies/consultancies. Any payments made by Placement Agencies/Consultancies will not be refunded.

Your payment may not go through due to incorrect payment details or insufficient funds. Please check your payment information and ensure your account has sufficient balance.
Refunds are not processed at Flepto Inc. once a purchase is made. All sales are final. If you believe there’s an exceptional issue, please contact our Customer Support team for alternative solutions.
To redeem a coupon at Flepto Inc., enter the coupon code at checkout in the designated field and apply it to your purchase. The discount will be applied to your total amount before completing the transaction.
To change your account name at Flepto Inc., please contact our Customer Support team with your current account details and the new name you wish to use. They will assist you with the process and make the necessary updates to your account.
